OVERVIEW

This website is operated by ZORNHER. Throughout the Site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ZORNHER. ZORNHER offers this website, including the information, tools, products, and services available from it (collectively, the “Services”), subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer the Services.

By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your location. You may not use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, transmit malicious code, interfere with the Site, or violate the rights of others. A breach may result in suspension or termination of access.

SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

We may refuse or limit service where reasonably necessary, including to prevent fraud, abuse, security risks, or legal violations. Content you submit, other than payment information, may be transmitted through networks and adapted to technical requirements. Payment information is encrypted during transmission by our payment providers.

SECTION 3 — INFORMATION ON THE SITE

We work to keep Site information accurate and current, but product details, availability, compatibility information, and other content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. Information is provided for general purposes and should be verified before relying on it for an important decision.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCTS, PRICES, AND AVAILABILITY

Products may be available only online and may have limited quantities. Colors and images may vary depending on displays and lighting. Prices, product specifications, and availability may change without notice before an order is placed. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and cancel an affected order with a full refund.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. We may reject or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud, resale, pricing error, inventory error, or payment failure. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, account, and contact information and to keep it current. You authorize our payment providers to process the charges shown at checkout.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING, DUTIES, AND DELIVERY

Processing, delivery estimates, tracking, supported destinations, shipping charges, duties, and taxes are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. All applicable import duties and taxes for supported destinations are included in the amount shown and paid at checkout. If a carrier unexpectedly requests a customs payment, contact us before paying it.

SECTION 7 — CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

You may request cancellation or an address change before shipment, but we cannot guarantee a change after processing or fulfillment begins. Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Sale and promotional items may be returned under the conditions stated in that policy.

SECTION 8 — WARRANTY

Eligible products purchased from zornher.com include the limited warranty described in our 12-Month Limited Warranty. This warranty is in addition to mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 9 — OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools, integrations, payment services, reviews, tracking, affiliate services, or social platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 10 — USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, suggestions, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or malicious. You grant ZORNHER a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

SECTION 11 — PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability information and may update or cancel an affected order. If an accepted order is cancelled because of our error, amounts paid will be refunded.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Site to violate law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; harass or discriminate; submit false information; distribute malware; collect personal information without authority; spam, scrape, probe, or interfere with the Site; bypass security; or facilitate fraud or abuse.

SECTION 14 — DISCLAIMER

Except for express product warranties and rights that cannot be excluded by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that apply to you.

SECTION 15 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZORNHER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

SECTION 16 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ZORNHER against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to claims caused by ZORNHER’s own breach or misconduct.

SECTION 17 — SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

SECTION 18 — TERMINATION

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue.

SECTION 19 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and the policies linked from them form the agreement between you and ZORNHER regarding the Services and replace prior communications on the same subject. In the event of a conflict, mandatory consumer law applies first, followed by the specific policy governing the matter.

SECTION 20 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of China, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights available in the country where you live. Disputes will be handled by a court or authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

SECTION 21 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
