ZORNHER 12-Month Limited Warranty
ZORNHER products purchased directly from zornher.com include a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser. This warranty is in addition to rights and remedies available under applicable consumer law.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use within the warranty period. After reviewing an approved claim, ZORNHER may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear or consumable components that have reached the end of their expected life.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquids, fire, improper installation, neglect, unauthorized repair, modification, or incompatible accessories or software.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal operation.
- Products without valid proof of purchase or with an altered or removed serial number.
- Products purchased from an unauthorized seller.
How to Make a Claim
Email support@zornher.com with your order number, product model, proof of purchase, and clear photos or video showing the issue. Our normal response time is 1–2 business days. Do not return a product before receiving instructions and approval.
Items Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect on Arrival
Inspect your order after delivery. Contact us within 7 days after receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and include photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Shipping for Approved Claims
For a verified defect covered by this warranty, ZORNHER will cover the approved shipping cost required for the remedy. For returns unrelated to a verified defect, our Refund & Return Policy applies.
Import Duties and Taxes
Applicable import duties and taxes for the original delivery are included in the amount paid at checkout. If a carrier requests an unexpected customs payment, contact us before paying it.
