Warranty
Zornher products are backed by a warranty.
Please note: This warranty supplements the rights and remedies provided by the seller or those granted to you under applicable laws. Therefore, any remedies offered by Zornher or by law remain intact, such as the right to report defects within 12 months of purchase.
The warranty covers all deviations from the product specifications that may occur within the specified warranty period, with exceptions outlined below.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in purchase documents, the warranty period is twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the end-user. The warranty is void if the product's serial number is altered or if unauthorized software modifications are made.
The following are NOT covered by the warranty:
- Defects resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, unauthorized repairs/modifications, or neglect.
- Damages caused by lightning, fire, water, or other force majeure events.
- Defects in consumables or components exceeding their expected lifespan.
Exceptions aside, contact support@zornher.com if a covered defect arises within the warranty period. Zornher will either repair or replace the defective product.
To make a warranty claim, you MUST provide the original invoice from the Zornher store, images or videos showing the issue, and compliance with our warranty policy.
If you receive a product different from what was ordered, provide a photo including the product and tracking number within 7 days of delivery to support@zornher.com.
If a return is unrelated to product quality and the customer wishes to return the item after receipt, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs fees.
